The expenditure department would like to emphasize the quality of the service provided by Applium during the design and production launch of the VIM project.

Several points were highlighted by the teams :

• Great availability of the consultant during solicitations both during the design and follow-up workshops and during the testing phases when he could be contacted directly.
• Great professionalism : the Applium consultant was able to quickly take into account the particularities and constraints of UGAP (specificities of the offers in terms of invoicing and associated controls, particularities of the internal control plan, …) thanks to an in-depth knowledge of SAP.
• Very reactive in dealing with anomalies detected and in developing the corrective measures taken.
• With regard to change management, users emphasized the high quality of the training materials and their ease of use.
• Great sense of contact which enabled very good communication and, consequently, great cooperation between the various stakeholders : DSI, MOA, Key-users and users.
